I am an easily excitable kid if that's fair to say, and as easy going as someone like that could be. I have always enjoyed things in life, and had fun doing them, but with everything after a while you say to yourself that you would rather do nothing  instead of  go out and play hockey, soccer, go skateboard or hike. This was until I discovered the joys of cycling, never have I looked at the alarm beside my bed, drowsy and only half awake and said to myself "I don't want to ride my bike today". After a little while racing, training and meeting people while participating in cycling I knew that this is what I want to do with my life. Everytime I ride I have fun, I may of gone down the same straight flat country road 1000 times by now, but nothing can take away the great feeling I get when I am on my bike.  I have told my parents that I would chose the life of a pro cyclist, making 40,000 a year traveling the world and perhaps sharing an apartment, anyday over the life of say a rich lawyer or doctor. I have already visited 8 countries to race my bike in 2011 and 2012, and I hope to see a whole lot more before my time as a racer is up.

My life long goal? To become a professional cyclist.
